Our Roots
The story that began as a dream and turned into reality is unique. What began as a Bomb Technician in the United States Air Force, medically retired after two combat tours, one to Iraq and one to Afghanistan, then a pastor, turned pit-master.
As a disabled veteran, the ride has been wild for Ross and Joy and their three children, Jacob, Mason and Brystol. However, we wouldn't trade it for the world.
Family
At Holy Smokes BBQ, LLC, we are committed to family. Founded on the basis of being able to spend more time with our three children, we love the fact that Holy Smokes Food Truck is largely a family focused business.
Faith
